jennifer atkinson made everything go through with such ease. i cannot say enough wonderful things about her. we truly got our dream house and it 100% would have not been possible without her. the house hunting process was not easy but she kept us positive, in the loop and made sure we were always on the same page. jennifer is an excellent communicator, makes sure things get done correctly and an overall joy to be around.

Jennifer Atkinson was a vital asset to me during my first home purchase. Jennifer was available to take me to showings whenever I requested and was not afraid to point out the flaws of each location to balance out the positives and view the reality of each spot. She went through all of the contracts that I signed in detail and ensured that I understood the process of homebuying in plain language. Jennifer was also on top of all dates and deadlines throughout the process, which I loved and could rely on. I felt that Jennifer heard and understood my home requirements and ensured that I knew what the impact of those requirements on living in the houses viewed.
